Classical/Medical Massage
This massage is created according to your needs. It is a fundamental manual therapy that releases stubborn tension on a muscular and psychological level and restores the flow of energy in the body. It may provide instant painrilief, but for therapeutic effect it should be applied regularly.
It is recommended and proven effective for chronic neck tension, back pain and migraine complaints
Lymph Drainage
The lymphatic system is the body’s built-in detoxifier, working hard to get rid of ‘waste’, such as bacteria and excess fluid. Sometimes the system needs a little extra help to effectively cleanse your body of unwanted toxins.
The lymphatic drainage isn’t like a usual massage, which works to loosen knots and tension; it combines firm pressure with a specific set of motions precise, skilful gestures that deftly sweep stagnant ‘waste’ towards the lymph nodes, which makes it easier for your body to eliminate the toxins, and excess of fluid.

Ashiatsu
In Japanese, ashi means foot, and atsu means pressure; so it literally translates to foot pressure. It is a barefoot massage technique in which I’m using my feet and body weight. rather than my hands or arms. This allows me to deliver deep compression, broad, and even pressure with long gliding strokes -if I’m using body lotion-, but you may stay fully clothed the entire session, then it’s similar to a Thai massage. It involves assisted stretching too.
Ashiatsu is performed on a mattress on the floor. Most of the massage you lie face down, with a little bit of time spent face up. I leave out the soft and sensitive bodyparts.
This treatment is wonderful for those suffering from stress and tension in between the shoulder blades, and upper body discomfort.
Foot Zone Therapy
Foot Zone therapy is the science and method of working with the reflex zones the feet to repair, renew and rejuvenate the cells and organs, allowing the body to heal itself. While our bodies are perfect, our diet, lifestyle, and environmental influences can lead to physical, emotional and mental disturbances.
Special nerve endings on your feet form a detailed and complex signal system, the foot reflex zones. This signal system is connected to every part of the human anatomy, the circulatory, lymphatic, nervous, skeletal, endocrine, digestive, respiratory, reproductive and muscular systems as well as the emotional and spiritual bodies.
Reflex zones on the left foot correspond to the left-side of the body; reflex zones on the right foot correspond to the right-side of the body.
The therapeutic massage of the foot zones gives signals to the correspondent organs and systems by directing the bloodflow and the body’s focus there. Because it works on the body’s energy system as well, it can restore the balance before the problems manifest on the physical level.
